Before removing a page, you must remove all content from the page.  To do this:

1. Go to the page.
2. Click (usually at the bottom) Edit This Page.
3. Check all three panes for content.  Remove content by highlighting its name and clicking the trashcan (looks like a box) icon.

1.    Click the Administration Menu, then Content Manager.
2. On the line with your page's title, click Publish/Delete...
3. Click the "+" icon under "Published".
4. Click the "Delete" button at the bottom.
5. Click the Administration Menu, then Content Manager.
