1. Log into the TP-Link
2. Forwarding, Universal Plug n Play, Disable
3. QSS:  disable (important for Windows 7)
4. Wireless (on both routers):
   1. Wireless Settings
   2. Pick a channel.  This must be static on both routers.
5. Wireless (on the remote router):
   1. Enable WDS Bridging
   2. Click the Survey button.  Pick "connect" on the proper SSID.
   3. Key type:  whatever the base uses.  Enter the password.
6. Network:
   1. LAN
   2. Set the IP address so it doesn't conflict with any device on the network:  ex:  192.168.1.2
