Programming the TP-Link as a Booster
Ignore the CD.
Connect an Ethernet cable between your computer and a yellow port on the TP-Link WISP router.
In a web browser, go to 192.168.0.1 to log in. The default username and password are both "admin".
On the left side, choose "Quick Setup".
Next.
Check the box to "Control the system mode by software" as above.
Next.
Choose the Internet type (usually Dynamic IP).
Next.
Click the "Survey" button to choose the wireless access point for boosting. Enter the security key if needed.
In AP Setting, enter an SSID (your wireless network name) and security key. This will be what you use to connect to this router. The security key should be at least 8 characters.
Next.
Finish.
