Windows XP. PPPoE setup is done almost the same way a dial-up is created.

Windows XP: Start, Control Panel, Network Connections (you may have to switch to Classic View or go through Network and Internet to get to Network Connections).

Click on Create a New Connection. Next. Next again.

Set up my connection manually, Next.

Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password. Next,

ISP name is TurboNet (this is not critical). Next. Enter the username and password.

If this is a laptop, un-check the box that says to make this your default connection. Next.

You'll probably want to put a shortcut on the desktop (check the checkbox), then Finish.
