To configure PPPoE settings on your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:

1. On your console, go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Configure Network.
4. On the Additional Settings tab, select PPPoE Settings.
5. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the PPPoE User Name and Password that you signed up for. Leave Service Name as Not set.
6. Select Done.
7. Select Apply and Test when you are prompted to do this.

To find your Xbox 360's MAC address: 

1. On the Dashboard, in the System area, select Network Settings
2. Select Edit Settings
3. Select Additional Settings
4. Select Advanced Settings
5. Choose either the Wired or Wireless MAC address.
